And away.. (egret flying)

Large squarish plate featuring 2 egrets beak to beak. Inspired by the egrets I see on the river. They pick their way daintily and delicately along the shore with something akin to distaste for the mud then lift off in an improbable manner. Part of the river bird collection.
Made from red earthenware clay and decorated with coloured slips and a glossy glaze.

Perfect for wall decoration and could be used as a serving plate. Washing by hand advisable.

26cm x 26cm with 1.5cm lip

 NB.. This one has one tiny pin hole fault which I have photographed best I can. I’m taking £10 off but if perfection is your thing this one might not be for you.
